Yesterday

I should have posted this yesterday.  But I fail.  Most readers know the story about my twin nieces that were born last year.  Well, they would have been one yesterday, August 28th.  So it was a bit of a sad day.   My SIL and family honored them by having a balloon launch which I think is just a perfect way of saying hello.  I’m sorry I wasn’t able to be there with them.  BUT I did get the Preemie Hats Project in the mail.  Well, I was supposed to but the Post Office decided that their credit/debit machine wasn’t going to work!  And they were closing.  So they will be shipped off tomorrow, I promise.  But I still thought that now was a good time to honor and remember Thia and Ella by sharing their hats with everyone.  I have to say I am amazed at the amount of people who donated their love and yarn for the project and not only am I proud but I’m sure that Thia and Ella are proud as well!
